Show Notes

When someone's got their panties all bunched up and you just want to run in the other direction to get as far away from their funky energy, but another part of you feels like you need to fix their energy for them and then you start wondering if perhaps it's your fault they're feeling crappy and then you spiral into looking at all the ways things are your fault and your life suddenly start looking bleak and shaky, you've fallen in their shoulda coulda maybe abyss and need to get out! 😱

We get that you have to co-exist with other people, as much as you'd prefer to just cut them out of your life and live in your pretty bubble of calm bliss where no one can dump their bad mood on you. Rather than fantasizing about dumping that person because you don't see any other way to deal with their energy that's leaked all over your energy and making you doubt yourself, imagine staying in a high vibe space EVEN IF the people around you are losing their shit!

It's possible. Ulla does it regularly and as much as it annoyed Gladys for the longest time, Gladys realized Ulla wasn't going to budge from her happy place so she decided to join Ulla and it's WAAAAYYY better here, we promise!

Best part? You can be even more supportive, loving, understanding, compassionate, empathic, and helpful from this place than when you get sucked down into other people's energetic meltdowns and make their meltdowns your own. Tune in to find out how!
